Yes, in most places tipping is expected. At your tour, ask your leader about the local custom and advice on how much is recommended there. 

At the end of the trip, if your happy with the service, the gratuity- though not compulsory is appreciated. While it may not be customary to you, it’s of great significance to the people who will take care of you during the day , inspires excellent service, and is an entrenched feature of the tourism industry across many Tripazia destinations.

The destination is not quite far from city center so the signal is quite good. Yet, we can not always guarantee your phone will work as desired as sometimes it may have limited coverage. 

You might be able to recharge your appliances. We recommend to bring your travel adapter with you. Be sure to bring the extra camera battery just in case. 

Sometimes, the Wi-FI hotspots is pretty good while sometimes there are no coverage at all. If you stumble into the latter, take the rare chance to just sit back and get to know your fellow travellers the old-fashioned way. 

Yes. We do feature a private areas for clothes change & room for taking shower exclusively for Tripazia guests in the village.

We offer regular access to local restroom. It is clean and basic.Yet, the standard could not be compared as Western toilet. 

If you travel on your own and  you know in advance that you’ll be arriving late, please let us know for further arrangement. We’ll provide you the most up – to – date information to “ catch up” with the group. Some activities can be reimbursed upon the staff availability. 

If you arrange the transport with Tripazia, we can wait at the pick up point no later than 10 minutes. Any no-show will be treated as a no show and no reimbursement can be made.

The beauty of travelling with Tripazia is that we encourage you to explore at your own space. Apart from the time when our leader introducing you destination and instructing you the activity, our leader will offer other options on what you can do. 

All the activities designed are mostly for experimental purposes and thus deliver to all ranges of guests. They’re certainly kids-friendly. Yet all the children below 10 years old are required to have the adult be escorted.

 

 

Our activities are designed mostly on cultural – based so they’re relatively easy to medium. Kindly update your physical health with our consultant for specific situations. 

Absolutely. If there are included or optional activities that you don’t wish to participate in, you can do your own thing instead. Please note that if you choose to opt out of an included activity, no reimbursement can be made by Tripazia.

Depending on the tour’s nature, we offer pick up guests within & outside the Old Quarter.

The booking process is represented through 5 steps below:

Step 1: Fill in the destination in the search bar in Homepage.

The page will features all the relevant tours that you might get interested in.

Choose the program you’d prefer which will lead you to the tour detailed page, stating the full information of the tour program.

On the right side of the page, you can select the travel dates, number of people ( adult, children, infant) prefer to join.

After filling the information, you’ll see a calendar showing the availability for a period with the rates for your reference.

Step 2 : Click “ Book Now” button to continue. 

Step 3 : Book Extra Services

This step meets your needs in booking optional services like transfer, visa, kayaking or other interesting activities related to your current booking.

Tips: By booking multiple services with us, the savings are incredible. 

Step 3: Submit Booking

Here you can review, add or remove your booking items, complete and submit your booking.

After your booking is submitted, the system navigates to a ‘Thank you page and send you an automatic email listing all the services you requested.

Step 4 : Payment 

The system navigates you the secured payment gateway where you can settle your payment.

Step 5: Once the payment is made,  the system sends you an automatic confirmation email within 5 minutes of booking.

Food is one of the most exciting parts of travel. There may be some familiar fare but often you’ll be confronted with the new, interesting and downright weird of the culinary world but we like to think of it as an adventure for all the senses. In addition to this, our flexible itineraries often allow you to eat with the group or branch out on your own – this means you can eat to suit any budget or desire.

We will try our very hardest to accommodate all dietary requirements but in the out-of-the-way places it can be very difficult to guarantee. Please let us know at the time of booking of any food requirements or allergies and we’ll pass the information onto your guide. It is also a great idea to bring a card with your dietary requirements written in the local language for those times you are eating away from the group.

We advise you to travel with cash and credit cards.Having a couple of options will assure that you’re covered if one doesn’t work. With regards to the card, we recommend to use Visa, Master, American Express…

 

On the experimental physical trip, comfortable sneakers/runner are definitely recommended. Dress for the weather , wear the appropriate clothes that you won’t mind finding mud or manure. Please be sure to research the climate and weather conditions at the time of year and pack accordingly. 

You can bring your excess luggage along the trip and our driver will store for you in the car. Yet, as the space is limited , please advise us in advance for such requirement. 

Availability of refrigeration cannot be guaranteed. As a general rule, in the countryside environment, you can not rely on access to refrigeration. Please be sure to advise us if you’re travelling with medication that requires refrigeration.

We take all the precautions and want to make sure your belongings are safe.Thus, we suggest you to light pack only for the trip, the personal locker will be provided upon your arrival.

This is the beauty of the Tripazia style of travel: many of our travellers join because they are travelling solo and want to meet and share experiences with like-minded people. 

Please make sure you are happy with your group trip itinerary before booking because we are unable to change them for individual travellers. However, if you and a group of friends, colleagues or even your school would like your own personally designed itinerary, get in contact with our travel consultant, we can tailor the itinerary for you.

The minimum age for joining the trip solo is 15. 

 An adult must accompany all children under the age of 18. All the passengers over 70 years old should update our travel consultant for further consultation.

In general, the trip offers moderate pace that allows individuals to enjoy the activity without becoming exhausted. We focus on what people can do & their experiences rather than the outcome. 

The nature of the trip really depends on each individual, on your own interests and needs.

We are using the representative of the MasterCard Internet Gateway Service (MiGS) in Vietnam that meets PCI Data Security Standard. All card details are processed in a secure environment. Your card information will be protected during the transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer technology, which encrypts the information that you provide online.

For the individual travelers, you’re required to deposit 30% of the total tour price at the time of making reservation on our website.

The remaining 70% must be paid at least one day prior to departure either by cash or by credit card.

If you book via other travel agents, please contact them for further detailed payment information.

For the travel agent, the billing payment is applied according to the partnership agreement signed by both parties upon’s the cooperation.

 

Tripazia offers free credit card processing fee for deposit payment of 30% total booking value. The balance of 70% is collected in cash 01 day before your cruise date. If you prefer to pay the balance by credit card, there’s additional bank fee: 3.3% for Visa/Master card, 3.85% for Amex card and it should be made via our online secure payment gateway.

We accept cash and credit card payments (via Visa, Master Card, Amex, JCB and UnionPay). Credit card payments will be processed securely via Onepay – a leading payment gateway provider in Vietnam.
